LiveCourier uses schema-level database isolation for multi-tenancy. Each customer account operates in its own isolated database schema. Your business data is never shared with or accessible to other customers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• PayPal - for subscription payment processing. PayPal's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information. We do not store your credit card or PayPal credentials.
• OSRM (self-hosted) - for route distance calculations. This runs on our own infrastructure; no location data is sent to external mapping services.
• FedEx API - if you enable FedEx carrier integration, shipment data is shared with FedEx to process shipments. FedEx's privacy policy applies to their use of this data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers. Audit logs and billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

The LiveCourier platform uses session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services on the platform. The marketing website (livecourier.com) does not use cookies.
